Fueled by her lifetime love for Colorado and Colorado's homes and history, Rachel chose to become a real estate broker in 2014. Rachel is a 5th Generation Colorado Native and knows exactly why so many of her family's generations before her chose to never leave this beautiful state. Rachel loves sharing amazing pieces of Colorado history with her clients and tells the stories just like her grandparents told her and their parents told them. Rachel earned her degree in Agriculture and has a passion for the farmers and ranchers who are the backbone of our country.

She takes her role as a real estate agent very seriously. Her unique approach to customer service ensures clients have the proper guidance, advocacy and communication throughout the buying or selling process. Staying educated on real estate laws and practices allows her to be an invaluable asset with client representation and contract negotiation.

Rachel is proud to be affiliated with RE/MAX Vista in Erie, Colorado. She started The Folger Group at RE/MAX Vista in 2018 and added a full time admin and buyers agents to help better serve her clients. In 2020 Rachel was inducted into the RE/MAX Hall and also became the Broker/Owner of RE/MAX Vista that year. She joins a small number of woman owners.
