Fueled by her lifetime love for Colorado and Colorado’s homes and history, Rachel chose to become a real estate broker in 2014. Her sales success with RE/MAX earned her the Platinum Award within her second year at the brokerage. Rachel is a 5th Generation Colorado Native and knows exactly why so many of her family’s generations before her chose to never leave this beautiful state. Rachel loves sharing amazing pieces of Colorado history with her clients and tells the stories just like her grandparents told her and their parents told them. Rachel earned her degree in Agriculture and has a passion for the farmers and ranchers who are the backbone of our country. Most days you can find her on the back of one of her horses, or driving her kids to one of their activities.

Real estate has alwaus been a true passion for Amanda and with her backround in graphic design helping to create marketing materiels and social media posts, it is easy to seey why so many families have called Amanda for help with buying their home. As a Colorado native, Amanda loves spending time hiking and camping in the mountains, playing with her 2 huskies and being with friends and family. Amanda and her husband are also licensed Mortgage Loan Officers, so they can give clients the all-around package!
Maira is a real estate agent in Colorado, who believes in building relationships with her clients and treating them like family, because in the end, that’s what leads to the best possible results. She sets the standards high for excellent customer care and service. Clear communication with her clients is very important and is key to any successful relationship. She helps families build certainty around their biggest investments. Her team has the knowledge and experience necessary to guide you on your real estate journey. As a result of having moved numerous times over the years with horses and the accompanying menagerie, I developed an interest in real estate, especially horse and hobby farm properties. Although finding just the right property in just the right location can be challenging, I am a facilitator and problem solver by nature and love helping equine enthusiasts and other hobby farmers acquire their perfect property. But, as the mother of two young adults who are in the process themselves of becoming homeowners for the first time, I also thrive on helping first time buyers navigate the buying process. Carole is also fluent in French!
Taylor serves as the Social Media Expert, Videographer, and Digital expert at The Folger Group. Originally from a small town in Kansas, Taylor loves calling Weld County her home. Taylor has a Bachelor’s in Communication from Witicha State University. She has over 10 years of creating content, shooting, editing, and producing videos. She is such a valuable asset to the team. Taylor loves exploring Colorado and spending time with her dogs.
